Overview

Compensation analysis for a software engineering role (Google L5, Facebook E5, etc). We should collect any information available publicly including job descriptions, comp data, and also collect data ourselves. The data should be easily digestable in summary views breaking down compensation by location, years of experience, gender, and any other demographic data we can obtain. There should be a form to collect the necessary data and newly input data should be automatically incorporated in the role analysis.
